Tuesday Tip: Metallics and Graphics

Need a new way to wear your WkShp prints?
Try mixing them with a metallic accent to add a cool touch!

Metallics are huge this season and adding a graphic to it makes for an unexpected twist.

What are your thoughts on this funky combo?

Tuesday Tip: DIY "cold shoulder" top

America is obsessed with showing a "cold shoulder" right now. Here's a fun new way to recycle old tights and create your own cut out shoulder look using a WkShp tee!

What you'll need:
old opaque tights (it's fine if they have a few rips)

1. Take your old tights and cut off the feet.

2. Fold tights in half and cut the crotch out of the tights.
Note: Start with a very small hole (because they are so stretchy, a little goes a long way).

3. Put your arms where your legs would usually go, and put your head through crotch, leaving the initial waistband at the small of your waist.
Note: At this time if the head hole is not big enough or the arms are too long, go back and revise your cuts.

4. Throw a WkShp tank over the top, and you now have your own "Cold Shoulder" top!

This recycled look is great for layering under tanks in the winter, but also looks cute by itself when the shoulders are pulled up. You can also experiment with different colored tights and sheer black nylons for a different feel!

From the Runway: Art Deco

WkShp is all about prints, and this season we are loving Art Deco designs. It's a trend that's proving to be huge this Spring, especially when shown in bright vivid colors...which are our specialty!

From Lacoste to Alexander Wang, bold Art Deco prints are leading the way!

Style Shout Out: ENK Inspiration

One of the best parts of ENK is finding cool new trends to try out with our WkShp tees!

This season we are loving both the tribal print and colored jeans being featured by Black Orchid. We'd love to throw them on with some of our new solid options!

We also discovered a cool new vintage-update line called Old Stud Handmade. The Los Angeles based company features original Levi's 501's that have been studded or dyed. We love their fresh take on an old classic.

Lastly, who doesn't love a cool handbag hanging off their arm? These canvas totes with leather straps by Will Leather are a great go-to bag for traveling, taking to work or lugging to the beach!

After roaming the show and people watching, we put together a few of our own looks
based on all the fashion ENK had to offer:

We've had a great time at ENK Vegas and are so happy to have found some cool new ways to wear our WkShp tees!

Tuesday Tip: Valentine's Day Edition

Heart nail idea!

We wanted to do something fun to celebrate this Valentine's Day! Here is a super simple and cute nail idea that is just the right amount of cheesy for this lovey-dovey holiday.

what you'll need:
white nail polish
red nail polish
a few toothpicks

1. paint your nails with white polish for as many coats needed to reach your desired solid base

2. after base has dried completely, carefully add a red dot to one half or your nail and let dry

3. add a similar sized dot to combine with your initial dot

4. before second dot dries, use a toothpick to carefully drag the red paint into a point at the bottom

5. once the heart is dry, follow up with a top coat to finish it off

You now have a fun addition to your finger!

With it being Valentine's Day, we love the way the red heart pops on a white background, but we also are excited to experiment with other color combos!
